TTAB Finds "Miss G-String" Doesn't Cause Confusion
On the lighter side, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board found that the mark "Miss G-String International" would not be confused with "Miss Nude International." While a consumer might not be able to distinguish between the two "beauty pageants," there would be no likelihood of confusion their marks.
