Does Tasty Made Infringe Tasty Burger
The burger chain Tasty Burger has sent a cease and desist letter to Chipolte, asserting that Chipolte's new "Tasty Made" burger brand infringed the "Tasty Burger" mark. Chipolte just filed for its "Tasty Made" marks, and Tasty Burger is sure to oppose if the Tasty Made mark isn't rejected for likelihood of confusion.
