China to Accelerate Trademark Registration
China's State Administration for Industry and Commerce has announced a plan to accelerate trademark registration. It will open its trademark database for public use, encourage electronic filing, move registration to regional offices, and cut the issuance of a notice of acceptance from six to three months.
